Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return

Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the generated return label, then drop your parcel off at any authorized postage location or post office.
Processing and Credit
